About Fanny
Fanny De Vlieghe, born in Blankenberge on March 23, 1984, creates intuitive artwork, often based on pen drawings and watercolor on solid German Etching paper. She offers several prints of each work for sale, each one personaly signed and numbered.
Fanny believes that creativity is an indispensable part of our society and is the ultimate form of self-reliance.
During the day she works as a process engineer in an Ostend company on the Belgian coast.
She has always liked to be creative from an early age. Living alone at a young age meant that creativity had to give way to studying and working. But, since she has children, Rozanne (°2016) and Emmylou (°2018), creativity has returned to the forefront.
